The Calcium Paradox – Kate Rheaume-Bleue

Wow. You read all the books that you can possibly ingest about cancer, then go off on a tangent for some reason or another, and boy am I glad I did.  This was a hidden gem that I hadn’t ever given a thought about.  Why are we increasingly getting kids with deformed mouths, braces ad infinitum?  Why do we have people on calcium medication, and yet still they are suffering with brittle bones?  The little known vitamin, found in natto, eggs and cheese, is missing from our western diets.

Anyone who is getting older, needs to supplement with vitamin K2, and at high doses, and anyone with osteoporosis needs to have mega high doses.  It will sort you out.

I can honestly say, that having read this book, I am certain that it will. It’s definitely worth buying, then look on amazon for some good K2 tablets that go with it.
